Vasadjupet, Stockholm:
Every year around 300 boats from different countries are participating in a prestigious several days race along the Swedish shores. It starts in Sandhamn, goes south around Gotland island and goes back to Stockholm archipelago. And although starting line is technically in Sandhamn, the boats actually begin in Stockholm, in Vasadjupet, (as a kind of warm up) and only then head east to the starting line.
On Sunday we went to Stockholm to see the beginning of race, but the rain was so heavy we could stand there only for an hour or so.
